BILL BURKHART, MD

When Dr. Bill Burkhart, our founder and highly-respected Knoxville physician, witnessed aesthetic lasers treating conditions that his traditional medical practice could not, such as scars, facial veins, pigmented lesions, and more – he wanted to make these treatments available to his patients. Dr. Burkhart soon realized a meaningful connection: that when patients felt better about their appearance, they felt better about themselves, and with that increase in confidence, they took better care of themselves and became physically healthier. His patients now had the opportunity to experience “healthy skin and healthier you.”
EVE COSTNER, RN, BSN
Nurse Injector
Eve Costner is a skilled and experienced aesthetic injector from Maryville, Tennessee. After earning her RN and
BSN degrees from East Tennessee State University, she began her career in the field of aesthetic medicine over 12 years ago.
Eve’s journey started with advanced training under a respected plastic surgeon, which laid the foundation for her expertise
in injectables. She then continued her education at a
med spa, expanding her skills to include lasers and other
cutting-edge treatments.
Known for her deep knowledge of toxins and fillers, Eve specializes in delivering a natural, refreshed appearance that enhances her clients’ beauty while maintaining their individual features. Her favorite treatment to perform is Sculptra, as she is passionate about its ability to stimulate natural collagen production for subtle, long-lasting results.
When she's not working, Eve loves spending time with her husband and son, cheering on the Volunteers, and enjoying moments with family and friends.

Kari is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Certified Acne Coach with more than 25 years experience in the healthcare industry. She attended the Tennessee School of Beauty School of Aesthetics and pursued the Paramedical program before graduating and attending the National Laser Institute.
Kari specializes in cosmetic lasers and advanced skincare treatments. She holds several aesthetic certifications including Cosmetic Laser Applications, Dermaplaning, Aesthetics for Skin of Color, Oncology, and is a Certified Acne Coach. She feels that education is crucial in providing her clients the best care and results.
.In her free time, Kari loves spending time in the Smoky Mountains with her husband, Tyler, singing in their band, Irvine, around the Knoxville area, and riding their Arabian horses.
SAVANNAH WARWICK, RN, BSN
Nurse Injector
Savannah is a dedicated and highly skilled aesthetic nurse injector based in Knoxville, TN. She began her nursing journey in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, where she honed her clinical expertise and developed a meticulous approach to patient care.
Driven by her passion for artistry and personalized treatment, Savannah transitioned into aesthetic nursing, spending the past five years perfecting her craft in creating natural, confidence-boosting results.
Specializing in a variety of aesthetic treatments—including dermal fillers, Botox and Dysport, and collagen stimulators—Savannah is committed to helping her patients achieve results that enhance their beauty and leave a lasting positive impact.
When she’s not injecting, Savannah enjoys exploring the scenic outdoors of East Tennessee, cheering on the Vols at UT football games, and attending live country music concerts.
